R&D Nester will be present at the First Economic Forum Portugal-China, which will take place on November 15th and 16th, at FIL, in Lisbon.

In addition to the presence as a speaker in the Broad Economic Conference and Business in Industry and Energy Panel on November 16th, the Centre for Research and Development in Energy, created by REN and the State Grid Corporation of China, will also have a stand at the Fair of Products, Trade and Investment to be held in parallel in the Multipurpose Pavilion.

It will be a multi-sectoral forum for debate aimed to strengthening the interaction between companies and institutions of both countries, Nuno Souza e Silva will join the round table under the theme "Industry and Energy". The Managing Director will share what has been the experience of R&D Nester regarding the collaboration Portugal-China and the dynamic interrelation of these two cultures and the challenges they pose as well as the opportunities and advantages resulting from the merger of both views and know-how. At the round table, will also participate EDP Innovation, The Navigator Company and Filkemp, under the moderation of Nelson Lage, from ADENE.

The presence of R&D Nester stand at the Fair of Products, Trade and Investment, which will take place in the two days of the Forum, will be held by R&D Nester team members who seek to publicize the work that the R&D Nester has been developing in different areas of research.

The Economic Portugal-China Forum is a joint organization of AIP Foundation and the Portuguese-Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry and will count, at the opening session, with the presence of the Ambassador of the Republic of China in Lisbon, Mr. Cai Run, and the Portuguese Minister for Economy, Mr. Manuel Caldeira Cabral, as well as with the Secretary of State for Internationalization, Mr. Jorge Costa Oliveira.

On the last day of the program, it will take place the III Gala Portugal-China. An initiative that marks this year its 3rd edition and aims to annually reward the Portuguese-Chinese Business Merit and where REN and R&D Nester R&D Nester will also be represented.
